Welcome to Health Connect. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Health Connect mobile application (“Health Connect”), developed and operated in Bangladesh. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the developers and operators of the Health Connect App.
• “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any person who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the App.
• “Healthcare Provider” means any doctor, hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center registered on the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12+ years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh.

3. Services Provided

Health Connect offers the following services:

• Booking appointments with healthcare providers
• Sharing prescriptions and medical reports
• Receiving health-related notifications and advice
• Access to telemedicine or online consultation services (if applicable)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App at our sole discretion without prior notice.

4. User Obligations

You agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information during registration and usage
• Not to use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not to post or share any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights

5. Data Privacy

Your personal data, including health-related information, will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh, including the Digital Security Act, 2018 and the Bangladesh Telecommunication Act, 2001.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, trademarks, content, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Health Connect. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, diagnostic centers). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any delay or failure in providing services due to factors beyond our control
• Medical negligence or malpractice by third-party healthcare providers

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes shall constitute your consent to the revised Terms.
